Flybike is a carbon bike manufacturer founded in 2007. We have more than 700 employees and a producion area with area of over 15,000 ㎡ by now. We manufacture diverse frames including high-end super light road frames, MTB frames, track frames, TT frames, E road frames and other bike parts, with a capacity of 10,000-1,2000 frames and 10,000 forks per month. 90% of our products are sold to US and European Market. Now we are the international first-line brands cooperation, all models of products are strictly through ISO4210\Zedler ADV + testing standards,90% of our products are sold to the United States and European markets.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

As for after-manufacture, Flybike conducts rigorous frame shaping and assembling tests and professional cycling tests. Flybike executes a test standard of 20% higher than IS04210.
